A Clemco Preassembled Blast Room is a convenient and cost-effective standard equipment package. Each room ships as a full truck load on a step deck trailer, arriving ready to install.
The equipment system includes:
Blast room enclosure, 14 ft L x 7 ft W x 8 ft H, fluorescent lights, one double work-door, one man-door, recovery floor and reclama tion system, 6cuft 60? cone industrial blast machine package, CDF-4 dust collector, and electrical control panel. Standard electrical spec: 230v, 3-phase, 60 hz. Price includes one-day start up supervision including travel expenses within the continental USA. Wall curtans are optional.
Available configurations:
For glass bead, lightweight, and aggressive media:
• M-Section® Recovery and blast machine with 60° cone. Includes wear protection for floor and reclaimer.
For heavy abrasives (steel grit):
• Flat-Trak® Recovery with bucket elevator and AWAC abrasive cleaner.
