R-BLAST BROWN ALOX
R-Blast Processing
Large, non-abrasive particles are removed through a scalping process. The material is air washed and introduced into a rotary kiln furnace. Next, the material is exposed to an open flame that cleans the surface of the particles removing all residual contaminants. Material then passes through a rare-earth magnetic separator prior to screening. A second rare-earth magnetic separator is utilized for all material finer than 90 mesh. All screened materials meet industry specifications for size, characteristics, and chemistry.
